Electroverse (“we”, “us”) operates the website electroverseshop.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account or sign in

  • Your email address and password (the password is hashed; we cannot read it).
  • If you sign in with Google: the email address, name and profile picture Google provides. We never receive your Google password.
  • The name and phone number you add on your account page.

When you request a quote

  • Your name, email, phone number, company name, tax code, region and notes.
  • The products and quantities you select, and any bill of materials (BOM) file you upload.

When you use the contact or feedback forms

  • Your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. These forms are delivered straight to our mailbox and are not stored in the website’s database.

When you use the website

  • Your favorite products and your in-progress quote list (for signed-in accounts).
  • View counts per product, aggregated by day and not linked to you.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
  • To process quote requests and contact you about pricing and delivery.
  • To answer your messages, feedback and support requests.
  • To show your request history and favorites on your account page.
  • To improve our catalog based on aggregated view counts.

We do not sell or rent your information, or use it for advertising.

3. Data from your Google account

When you choose “Sign in with Google”, we only request access to your email address and basic profile (name and profile picture). We use this information solely to create your account, sign you in and display your name on the website, and we do not transfer it to anyone other than the infrastructure providers listed in section 5. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Cookies and browser storage

  • Session cookies keep you signed in. You cannot sign in without them.
  • Browser storage (localStorage) remembers your language, light/dark mode and the products you have selected for a quote.

The website currently uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the website, and they process it only on our instructions:

  • Supabase: database, accounts, file storage and account verification emails.
  • Netlify: website hosting.
  • Resend: notification emails about quote requests, messages and feedback.
  • Google: authentication when you choose to sign in with Google.

Otherwise, we disclose information only when required by law.

6. Storage and security

  • Data is stored with the providers above and may be located outside Vietnam.
  • Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Each account can only see its own data, and only authorized administrators can see quote requests.
  • Uploaded BOM files are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
  • We keep your information while your account is active, or as long as needed for orders, warranty, and accounting and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

You can:

  • View and edit your name and phone number on your account page.
  • Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Ask us to delete your account.
  • Revoke the website’s access at your Google account connections page.

To make a request, email us at the address in section 9. We will respond promptly, in line with Vietnamese personal data protection law.

8. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
